The difference between shell out and other seafood restaurants is their unique concept. The food is served in the basket and wrapped inside the plastic bag, then you shake the basket and poured out the fresh aromatic seafood on the table. The concept itself is unique as you have to eat using your hand. The wall art makes the restaurant more unique as customers can leave their signature and feedback on the wall/tables/ceilings and even the windows.
